Our connections with Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford, Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, and numerous diagnostic and fitness facilities enable us to provide treatment at all levels.

Overview of Rehabilitaton Services

WIC

The Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC) is a supplemental federal nutrition program. It provides nutrition counseling and checks to buy healthy foods for eligible pregnant women, breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age five.
