Bruins Partnership

 

 

The babies in Maternal-Newborn Services at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital (MWH) were ready to cheer on the Boston Bruins. The hospital is a member of Hallmark Health System, which is the Official Healthcare Partner of the Boston Bruins. Each baby born at MWH is given a newborn cap with the Bruins logo on the front and the HHS logo on the back.

Hallmark Health System joined forces with the Boston Bruins. The agreement between the two organizations makes Hallmark

Health the “Official Healthcare Partner of the Boston Bruins” for the next three years.

The partnership is a natural fit for both Hallmark Health and the Bruins. Hallmark Health system’s exceptional orthopedic surgeons and premier Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine
provides advanced care, treating orthopedic injuries and diseases in people of all ages including those suffering from sports-related injures.

As the official healthcare partner of the Bruins, Hallmark Health System and the Bruins will conduct various community outreach activities and special healthcare programs in the concourse level of TD Garden prior to select home games.

Boston Bruins Visit Melrose-Wakefield Hospital 2010

Two Boston Bruin stars, Andrew Ference, (l.), defenseman, “Blades,” the official mascot bear of the Bruins and Brad Marchand, forward, visited Melrose-Wakefield Hospital on Monday afternoon, Nov. 1. The trio met with patients on several floors of the hospital and signed autographs for Hallmark Health employees and hospital visitors.
